Busch Series points-leader Greg Biffle, driver of the No. 60 Grainger Ford, will be forced to start Saturday's race at the rear of the field, the result of a motor change following today's Happy Hour practice session. Biffle, who qualified in the eighth position earlier in the day, explained the need for the engine change and the challenge of starting tomorrow's 200-lap at the tail end of the field.

WHAT HAPPENED?

"We broke a rocker stud in this morning's first practice session, but we repaired the motor for qualifying and were waiting for the end of Happy Hour to make a decision on whether or not to change the motor. You never know with something like that if there's further internal engine damage, and I guess there was some today."

THIS TAKES THE GUESSWORK OUT OF WHETHER OR NOT TO CHANGE THE MOTOR.

"Yeah, that would have been a tough decision to make because we qualified OK, and you really don't want to give up track position at a place like this if you don't have to. Before Happy Hour I said to Goss, 'The only thing that will make this decision easy is if we blow up in Happy Hour' because we were really trying to figure out how to make the determination if we take it out, replace the parts and put it back in. At least we know we don't have to lose sleep over that decision."

HOW DOES THIS CHANGE YOUR GAME PLAN FOR TOMORROW?

"We still want to get out of here in one piece. I'm not worried about it. Do want to hear something sick? I kinda like it. I like passing cars. We may have to change our pit strategy a little bit, but it doesn't change how we approach this race track."
