Thoughts on the Touchstone Energy 300:
"The Talladega race is always among the most exciting of the year. For drivers and fans both, you never know exactly what will happen on each lap. One lap you can be leading and the next lap you can be 15 spots behind. As long as you have a car that can stay in the lead pack, you have a chance to win the race.
"We have really started to grow as a team and our runs the last few weeks show the improvement. It's never an easy adjustment when you add a new crew chief and a new driver to the mix, but I believe we are getting past the growing pains stage. The communication between Leon Fox (crew chief) and myself has been really good this year. Maybe this is the week where we can grab a top-five finish. Hopefully, we can qualify during first-round qualifying and spend all day on Friday working on our drafting package."
PIT NOTE
· In three Talladega NASCAR Busch Series races, Fuller has completed 341 of 351 laps run, for a laps completed percentage of 97.1%
