* Associate Sponsor... Mac's Convenience Stores will be the associate sponsor on the #37 Timber Wolf Chevrolet this weekend. Mac's Convenience Stores has 547 retail outlets in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

* Last Race- Nashville... David Green started 6th and finished 34th in the Federated Auto Parts 300 at Nashville Superspeedway. Green was running comfortably in the top-ten until an engine failure sent him to the garage. The finish marked Green's first DNF of 2004 (no DNF's in 2003). Green remains third in NASCAR Busch Series standings; he trails leader Martin Truex Jr. by two hundred and fifty-two points.

* Home Again... Located in Central City, KY (population 5,000), Brewco Motorsports, Inc. considers the Kentucky Speedway to be its home track. The majority of Brewco employees live in near by Owensboro, KY, home of the Green brothers. Brewco Motorsports is one of only a few, full-time NASCAR teams based outside of the Charlotte, NC area.

* A Nose Job... Team Timber Wolf will unload Hopkins Chassis #4237 this weekend. Formerly skinned as a Pontiac Grand Prix, this is the same chassis Green drove to Victory Lane at Kansas Speedway in 2003. Most recently, Green drove Chassis #4237 to a twenty-fifth place finish at California Speedway. Due to a severe "aero-tight" condition during the race, crew chief Jason Ratcliff made the decision to put a new nose on the car in advance of the Meijer 300.

* Testing, Testing... In an effort to improve upon last year's eighth place finish at Kentucky Speedway, Team Timber Wolf took part in a one day test session at the 1.5-mile facility on June 9th. Green spent the majority of the day making "race-runs" in his newly rebuilt Chevrolet Monte Carlo.

* David Green on Racing at Kentucky Speedway... "To me, this is the most perfectly laid out track we run on. A lot of credit goes to Darrell Waltrip and Andy Vertrees who had a lot of input in the track's design and garage layout! The track is really wide in the corners and because of that we are able to do some really hard racing... turn three is probably the toughest part of the track, simply because you're running extremely fast and the entry has very little banking. As soon as you get through the center, the track goes uphill, which allows you to work race traffic nicely. All in all, this track is a driver's dream... side by side racing at high-speeds, with the ability to maneuver through traffic."

* David Green on Racing in Kentucky... "It's always the highlight of my year to come home and race in Kentucky. As much traveling as we do, it's nice to come home and spend time with the people who got you to where you are. As you might expect there is a lot of extra pressure when you race in front of friends and family... but I'm sure they won't be disappointed. Not only will I get to see some old faces this weekend, but Swedish Match (Timber Wolf) has a plant in Owensboro, so we'll have a lot of employees and supporters there as well. Nevertheless, the best part of the whole week is getting to stay at my grandparent's house... hopefully it'll be hot this weekend, because I know I will need to shed a few pounds."
