“The track got slippery as the race went on but the tires had good adhesion and we were able to run our line. It took about three laps for the heat to build up and for them to come in good for us. We were really pleased with the performance of the tires. This is a good win for us. Thanks to Goodyear for their support.”
“We were extremely pleased with the performance of the Goodyear Eagle in today’s NASCAR Busch Grand National Series race at New Hampshire International Speedway,” said Carolyn Ashbee, spokesperson for Goodyear Tire. “We achieved the desired wear and performance levels with the slight change to the right side compound. Congratulations to Buckshot Jones on his victory in the Gumout Long Life Formula 200.”
