NOTES

Matt Kenseth will be running the DeWALT Monte Carlo car number two at Atlanta MotorSpeedway. This car has a great deal of history within Reiser Enterprises. The number two car is one of the oldest cars owned by Robbie Reiser, competing in seven races in 1998. Of the seven races ran last year the worst finish was an eighth place run at Texas. The last time Matt Kenseth drove this Monte Carlo was the Atlanta fall race, grabbing a fourth place finish.

Matt tested at the Atlanta Motor Speedway prior to the Busch Race in November. At the test session, Kenseth crashed this infamous number two Monte Carlo, destroying the race car. Reiser Enterprises brought the car back to the shop and put it back together, bringing it back to Atlanta for the race. Kenseth went on to qualify 2nd and finish 4th.

Matt will be making an appearance at the Home Depot in Griffin, GA on Friday, March 12. Kenseth will be signing autographs from 7:00 - 8:00 PM.

MATT'S THOUGHTS ON ATLANTA

"I'm anxious to run again at Atlanta Motor Speedway. I've only raced there once before and that was last November. We're taking back one of my favorite cars, car number two, which ran well there in the fall race. We've never won with this car but grabbed several top five finishes with it last season, including the fourth place run at Atlanta."

"Last weekend in Las Vegas was a little disappointing. We didn't quite hit it right with our setup and our pit stops weren't at our best. The guys have worked really hard all week practicing pit stops at the shop and have prepared a strong race car for the Atlanta race. I ready to get back to the track and maybe grab a win for DeWALT Tools at AMS."
