Jason Keller and the Albertsons team remain second in the championship standings, 168 points behind Greg Biffle.
Keller is looking for his first top-five finish at Memphis Motorsports Park. While Keller is averaging a sixth-place starting spot at Memphis, his average finish is 17th.
Jason Keller:
Memphis Motorsports Park... Keller and the Albertsons team are looking to get back on track after two consecutive disappointing weeks. Keller's best career finish at Memphis is seventh last year.
"We seem to qualify well at Memphis, but just haven't found the perfect race set up," Keller said. "Memphis is a tough track. It's so important to have the right shock and spring package. It's the difference between a good car and a great car. The track has some pretty good bumps in it that are tough if your set up isn't right. There is a big dip heading into turn one and then three and four are pretty bumpy also.
"I'm looking forward to this weekend. If I have normally had a tough time at a track in the past, it seems to be good luck this season. Every track I usually struggle on, I've run great at this year. We've had a couple of tough weeks, so I'm looking forward to getting back in our true form. We are taking the short track car I won with at Richmond and Nazareth. I can't think of a better time to climb in my favorite car."
Winston Cup Drivers On Saturday... Keller doesn't mind the Winston Cup drivers competing on Saturday in the NASCAR Busch Series. He believes it is a great learning tool for some of the younger drivers. But he does feel they have an extra advantage that they don't need.
"I think it's great for the Busch series to have Winston Cup regulars racing with us on Saturday," said Keller. "I just feel they get an extra advantage race morning that they don't need, especially at tough tracks like Dover, Darlington and Charlotte. They get an hour or two of practice before our race. They will try and convince you that their Winston Cup information doesn't transfer to the Busch cars, but some of it does, including the tendencies of the track. You will never see a Winston Cup driver's Busch car in line for pre-race inspection until after Winston Cup practice is over."
