Loudon, NH - New Hampshire International Speedway has provided both highs and lows for Dennis Setzer driver of the #46 Acxiom/Computer Associates Chevrolet in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series as he prepares for this weekends New England 200.

1999 saw Setzer win the Pennzoil/VIP Discount Auto Center 200 after starting from the 10th position and leading the last 47 laps. Setzer's impressive run included a drive through the field after being spun by Greg Biffle on the 94th lap of the event.

"We worked hard for that win," said Setzer. "We came from 10th to the front, then got spun out and fought our way back again. Those are the best type of races to win because you know that you have a dominant truck and can prove it by working your way through the field."

2000 was not as successful for Setzer as he suffered a broken collarbone on the second lap while tangling with Jack Sprague. At Nazareth Speedway the next weekend, he endured pain and bruises to win his only race of the 2000 season.

"I think we got involved in the accident on like the second lap and ended up taking a trip to the hospital," Setzer said. "It was a tough day, I broke my collar bone and was very heavily bruised. The race in Nazareth was very uncomfortable, I drove primarily with one hand all afternoon, it was a painful but joyful occasion at the same time."

2001 finds Setzer coming to the New Hampshire International Speedway with a new team and a current string of top-5 finishes. After a tough start to the 2001 season the Morgan/Dollar Motorsports team have produced a win, 3 top-5 finishes, 6 top-10 finishes and a pole in the past nine events. The streak has seen the team not finish outside of the top-14 since Gateway in May.

"Since Danny Gill has come on board as crew chief in St. Louis things have turned around for the Acxiom/Computer Associates team," Setzer explained. "The guys have responded well to Danny's leadership style and have been working extremely hard to give me competitive equipment. The current streak of top-10 finishes is a testament to the people at Morgan/Dollar Motorsports."

Setzer currently sits eighth in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series points 90 back from Terry Cook. The team has raced it way through the standings coming from 22nd in St. Louis to their current position of eighth.

Setzer and his Morgan/Dollar Motorsports team hope to continue their recent success this week at the New England 200 and build on Setzer's strong performances at the New Hampshire oval.

"The two times that I have raced here at the track I have either won or went on to win the next week," Setzer said. "I am hoping I can get one back on this track after it took one from me last season. I guess you could say it owes me one."

Green Flag coverage of the New Hampshire 200 can be seen live on ESPN at 1:00 p.m. Saturday July 21. Live radio coverage can be found on MRN Affiliates beginning at 12:30 p.m.
