Rick Ware Racing signs Travis Kittleson for 2009

Rick Ware Racing (RWR) is proud to announce that the 40th Annual World Series of Asphalt of Stock Car Champion, Travis Kittleson has signed to drive for the organization for select events for the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide season.

"We are really excited to have Travis with us this season", stated car owner Rick Ware. "Travis has a very impressive racing resume' that includes being a Top 8 finalist in the Driver X program and completing 96.1% of the laps he has raced in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and Camping World Truck Series."

Kittleson will compete in a RWR car in a minimum of five races that will enhance his driving abilities and provide a solid background for his future and development

"I am really pumped to get a shot to run these 5 races with Rick Ware and hopefully more, if we can find some marketing partners to join in", claimed Travis Kittleson. "I feel that we have a great opportunity to grow together and form a great competitive team on the track and marketing relationship for the business world. With Rick Ware's history as a driver, he understands what my desires and goals are, and we look forward to making them come true this season."

Bob Steele Chevrolet will be joining the RWR family along side Kittleson.

"Bob Steele is a family-owned and operated Chevrolet dealer, who has been in business for 33 years. They have a great reputation in Brevard County and surrounding areas. They have supported my racing aspirations for 10 years now. Bob Steele gave me my first job at the age of 13, washing every car they sold on the weekends. Kevin Steele, son of Bob Steele, gave me the job on the condition that I put 50% of every paycheck in an account that he helped me open, to help me understand the importance of investing. Bob Steele has a wonderful family with great values and we look forward to bring them to the RWR family", stated Travis.

Bob Steele Chevrolet will be joining Rick Ware Racing as an associate sponsor for the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series.
