Deborah On Atlanta:
Deborah is coming off a strong performance last time out after finishing 20th at the California Speedway.
"Although I have been very busy since the last race in California, I can't wait to get back into our #8 Easy Care DODGE for the Atlanta race. This will be my first time racing at the track but I did test a truck there last year. It is a fast track and my team has given me very fast trucks so far for the first two races. I know our #8 DODGE will be strong again this week and if we can get it handling good then we should be in for another good finish. Our goal right now is completing every lap and coming home with solid finishes. I am learning so much this year with this team and I think we have some good things ahead of us."
Deborah On Night Racing:
"Racing at night is just awesome. The Craftsman Truck Series is the most exciting form of racing right now and you put that show under the lights and it intensifies that level of excitement. These Friday night shows are giving the whole series the opportunity to showcase ourselves in front of the Busch Series and Nextel Cup Series people and that only helps in the rapid growth of this series. Hey, it also gives me Saturday and Sunday off to sit back relax and watch those folks race.
Deborah's Busy Schedule:
Deborah has had a very busy schedule since the last race for the Craftsman Truck Series in California. After the race two weeks ago in Fontana, she headed over to Las Vegas where her and the BHR2 team tested for two days at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. She then headed south to the Phoenix area where she conducted a two day skid pad test and then she was off to the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving. This extensive seat time is all part of a heavy early season testing schedule for Deborah and the BHR2 team.
Career at Atlanta:
Deborah will be making her career debut at the 1.54-mile layout of the Atlanta Motor Speedway.
