Ryan Moore has had a busy spring, although there has not been much racing. His opportunities to actually get in his R.C. Moore Transportation/Bill Dodge Autogroup/GetEtched.com Monte Carlo and race have been denied due to Mother Nature. The East Coast has certainly experienced Spring Showers, over and over again.
Moore has been traveling between Charlotte, NC and Scarborough, ME preparing race cars and gearing himself up for the season.
Both Moore and his dedicated race team have been patient with the weather, but are beginning to get somewhat discouraged. They have traveled both to Lee, New Hampshire as well as Thompson, Connecticut but ended up packing their stuff both times. Moore was the fastest in practice at Thompson, but as the cars lined up for time trials the rain started to come down.
Tomorrow Busch North teams will head to Stafford Springs, CT in hopes of actually competing. The forecast shows showers for the weekend, but fingers will remain crossed.
