Nascar Cancels Thursday Activities And Changes Nascar Touring Schedule For New Hampshire International Speedway
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (September 12, 2001) - Activities scheduled for Featherlite Modified Series and Busch North Series, NASCAR Touring teams at New Hampshire International Speedway in Loudon, N.H., have changed, officials announced today.
Practice and qualifying for Busch North Series competitors, which was scheduled for Thursday, September 13th, has been moved to Friday in conjunction with practice and qualifying for the Featherlite Modified Series.
At this time, Saturday and Sunday track activities remain unchanged. The revised schedule of events for the weekend is attached.
New Hampshire International Speedway
Event Schedule for Thursday, September 13th through Saturday, September 15th
Thursday, September 13th:
5:00-7:00pm - Haulers enter
Friday, September 14th:
6:00am - BNS and FMS garages open
6:00am - Inspection begins
9:00-10:30am - BNS practice
10:30-12:00 (noon) - FMS practice
12:00 (noon) - Lunch
1:00pm - BNS qualifying (Two laps, all positions)
2:15pm (approx.) - FMS qualifying (Two laps, all positions)
3:30-4:00pm - BNS final practice
4:00-4:30pm - FMS final practice
Saturday, September 15th:
7:00am - Garage Opens
10:30am - FMS drivers meeting
11:00am - BNS drivers meeting
12:30 - FMS New Hampshire 100 (100 laps)
2:00 - BNS New Hampshire 125 (125 laps)
