FMS: Eric Beers wins at Speedweeks.

Northampton, PA . . . . Nascar Modified Driver, Eric Beers and the Beers Motorsports team went to New Smyrna Speedway for Speedweeks and came home with a victory. The Northampton PA driver brought the #9 Wynns, Brown Daub Dealer, Horwith Freightliner, Nascar Modified into victory lane on the second night of racing. Eric also brought secured a second, third, two-fourth's, seventh, nineteenth and twenty-first. Overall finishing fourth in the points. If not for the two finishes out of the top ten a championship was a possibility. The action for Speedweeks 2000 was fierce, as NASCAR tour regulars and competitors from many states and tracks were on hand.
