EVENT REVIEW: The fourth event at this track was exciting with Eddie Mercer nipping race leader Eddie Hoffman by a foot at the checkered flag. Mercer was running sixth when the fourth of seven race cautions waved on lap 93 then started his move to the front when the field went back racing on lap 96. By lap 100 he was up to fourth. With six laps remaining he was running third behind Ryan Hemphill and Hoffman. Hemphill tried in vain to hold off Mercer's car until the white flag lap when Mercer took his Chevrolet low in turn one and into second. Bearing down on Hoffman's Chevrolet, Mercer caught the RE/MAX Challenge Series driver between turns three and four. Coming off turn four the two cars were side by side with Mercer nudging ahead by a foot at the finish line. A red flag condition on lap 116 when the cars of Greg Pope and Ray Skillman got together in turns three and four, also collecting the cars of Allen Karnes and Jody Lavender. The race was halted for 13 mins. Qualifying was rained out due to inclement weather with the field being set per the NASCAR rule book.

NOTES OF INTEREST: @(1) In four Hills Bros. All Pro Series races at this facility there have been four different winners.

(2) In four series events at Memphis Motorsports Park there have been three different Bud Pole winners. Last year qualifying was rained out.

(3) Two of the three series events run at this track finished with a green-white-checkered condition.

(4) Series regular Steven Howard has led the most laps with 91 circuits paced in four events.
