SWS: Tucson: Darrell LaMoure preview

Darrell and team have busy plans for rest of September, and it does not include just racing.

Activities include preparing for the Star Nursery "150" at Tucson Raceway Park Saturday September 18. This particular event is very special to the driver as it's his wife Shelley's birthday and he wants more than anything to provide that first win of the year on her special day.

A co-operative effort with Phoenix International Raceway, a couple of demonstrations covering the "Nuts & Bolts" of NASCAR racing and promotion of the up and coming JC`s Glass 100 in October, 2-3.

September 22 the Napa team will have one of their many machines track side to demonstrate to a group of High School students, Darrell LaMoure the pilot of the Napa machine will be speaking to the students of LaJoya HS "hundreds of eager young minds await knowledge of NASCAR racing, I am so excited to have the opportunity to speak before the future of our country hopefully make a difference, role modeling is critical to the growth of our children these days" Said LaMoure

Then on September 26, Darrell and his Napa Machine will make an appearance on the live broadcast of ABC`s channel 15 (Phoenix metro) for "The Game" promoting the JC`s 100 at PIR on October 2-3, 2004

The month isn't over yet, September 30th Darrell and his team will speak to another group of students, this time with the children of Palo Verde middle school out at the track.
