Snyder Excited to Head to Norwalk

After a strong showing in Martin, Michigan last weekend, Mick Snyder and the Snyder Motorsports Race Team will head to Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio for the Division 3 event. The Team, sponsored by Powersource Transportation, ran career best numbers and set a new track record last weekend and is excited to see how their performance measures up at what is shaping up to be one of the more competitive divisional events of the season.

"We are really excited to get the car out again this weekend. After last weekend, we feel like the car will run some good numbers, but you never know until you get the car out on the track. I was once told that the numbers you hear about don't mean anything unless you are running your car on the same track in the same conditions as they are because you never know what you would have run. It really makes a lot of sense; this will be a very good test for our Team," said Snyder.

Snyder, a 3 time divisional champion and Jeg's All-Star representative, will be behind the wheel of his 2008 Spitzer funny car for the 3rd outing this season.

"We don't even have 10 full passes on this car or combination yet, so we are really just trying to figure out what it wants. It is showing a lot of promise so hopefully things will go well. We would really love to get this car in the winner's circle at the end of the weekend for Powersource Transportation and all of the other great companies that help us out throughout the year."
