WHAT: 18th annual FRAM Autolite NHRA Nationals, the 15th of 23 events in the $50 million NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series. Professional competitors in four categories earn points leading to 2005 NHRA POWERade Series world championships.

Sportsman competitors in six categories earn points leading to 2005 NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series world championships.

WHERE: Infineon Raceway, Sonoma, Calif. The track is located at Highways 37 and 121.

WHEN: Friday through Sunday, July 29-31

PURSE: Cash and contingency awards of more than $1.5 million.

Sportsman qualifying and eliminations begin at 8:15 a.m.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFYING SESSIONS at 3:45 and 6:45 p.m.

SATURDAY, July 30
Sportsman eliminations begin at 8:15 a.m.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFYING SESSIONS at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

SUNDAY, July 31
Pre-race ceremonies, 10 a.m.

FINAL ELIMINATIONS begin at 11 a.m.

Saturday, July 30, ESPN2 will televise two hours of qualifying coverage at 8 p.m. (ET).

Sunday, July 31, ESPN2 will televise three hours of eliminations coverage at 9 p.m. (ET).
