FRAM-AUTOLITE NHRA NATIONALS FACT SHEET

WHAT: 21st annual FRAM-Autolite NHRA Nationals, the 15th of 24 events in the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series. Drivers in four categories - Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle - earn points leading to 2008 NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series world championships.

WHERE: Infineon Raceway, Sonoma, Calif. The track is located at Highways 37 and 121.

WHEN: Friday through Sunday, July 25-27.

PURSE: Cash and contingency awards of more than $1.3 million.

SCHEDULE:

FRIDAY, July 25
Sportsman qualifying begins at 8:15 a.m.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFYING SESSIONS at 3:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, July 26
Sportsman eliminations begin at 8:15 a.m.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFYING SESSIONS at 11:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

SUNDAY, July 27 Pre-race ceremonies, 10 a.m.

FINAL ELIMINATIONS begin at 11 a.m.

TELEVISION:

Saturday, July 26, ESPN2 and ESPN2 HD will televise ninety minutes of qualifying coverage at 6 p.m. (ET).

Sunday, July 27, ESPN2 and ESPN2 HD will air NHRA Race Day, at 11 a.m. (ET).

Sunday, July 27, ESPN2 and ESPN2 HD will televise three hours of final round eliminations at 7 p.m. (ET).
