The familiar yellow and black colors of Jeg's Mail Order will be heading to Southwestern International Raceway in Tucson Arizona for a scheduled two-day test session to prepare for the CSK NHRA Nationals. Jeg and Troy Coughlin will both be putting their machines through the motions in the desert.
"Our goal is to get a solid handle on the set up of our Jeg's Mail Order Chevy Cavaliers for the CSK Nationals at Firebird International Raceway this weekend," explained 2000 Pro Stock Champion Jeg Coughlin. "What we learn during this testing session will also be able to translate to the upcoming race in Las Vegas."
"Jeg and I are both 26 points from breaking back into the top ten. The entire class is bunched together and the top spot is within striking distance. As the next couple of races unfold the point spread between positions will get bigger. We want to get some positive momentum going now and make a move toward the top," commented Troy Coughlin.
