With two Funny Car championships, John Force wasn’t about to give up his hard-won crown to Cruz Pedregon without a fight. One race after driving his car into the guardwall in a desperate fight to beat Pedregon in the final in Dallas, Force rolled his car in qualifying in Pomona and slid down the dragstrip. Remarkably, the team repaired the damage in just a few hours and returned for the final session. The champ had been knocked from the field, but he “forced” his way in on his final attempt. Though Pedregon won his first-round race to clinch the title, Force didn’t go down easily, showing the heart of a champion regardless of where he finished.Click here to vote for your favorite Top Ten moments: For tickets to the 2014 Auto Club Finals: http://bit.ly/AAFinalsTix
