What to look for at Crandon II:

GREAVES AND KINCAID RUN FOR CHAMPIONSHIPS - Forest County Potawatomi Racing teammates Johnny Greaves and Jeff Kincaid both arrive at their favorite track in Crandon this weekend with the hope of leaving with a championship. Greaves, of DePere, Wis., is currently on top of the Pro-4 class standings with a 12-point lead. A three-time Pro-Lite champion, Greaves will be looking for his first championship with his Forest County Potawatomi Toyota Tundra 4x4.

"Our goal on Saturday will be to just finish in front of Curt [LeDuc, who in second place] and hopefully clinch the championship," said Greaves, who is the all-time CORR series leader in victories with 28. "We tested the Tundra on the new Crandon track configuration and had some really quick lap times."

Kincaid, the two-time defending Pro-Lite champion, will run his Forest County Potawatomi Toyota Tacoma hard at his home track in hopes of claiming another title. The Argonne, Wis., native is in second place overall going into this weekend's season finale, 16 points from the top. Kincaid has won six of the last 10 races at Crandon, which is only a couple of miles from his house, and he ranks fourth in all-time CORR series victories with 21.

FEDERICO, HORD IN THE MIX IN PRO-LITE - Last season, Steve Federico and Chad Hord battled it out for the CORR Kumo Tires Rookie of the Year award. This season, both established themselves as perennial contenders in the class and currently sit in the top five overall. Federico, of Wilmette, Ill., took home top rookie honors last year in his Ingles/Mountain Dew Toyota Tacoma. In 2002, he added his second career truck win at Antigo and is in fifth place overall. Hord, a native of Felch, Mich., earned his first career truck victory at the Crandon race in June, and he went on to earn another win at his home track in Bark River, Mich., in August. The 2000 Sportsman Super Buggy champion has raced his Boss Snow Plow Toyota Tacoma to fourth-place over this season with the two victories and nine top-five finishes in 12 races.

TOYOTA-POWERED DOMINANCE IN SUPER BUGGY- Toyota power remains dominant in the Sportsman Super Buggy class as defending champion Scott Schwalbe leads Aaron Hawley and Corry Heynen for the championship going into Crandon. The top three, four of the top five, and Overall, five of the top 10 competitors run the 1.6-liter Toyota 4AG engine, the same motor that is run in the CART Toyota Atlantic Championship Series and the SCCA GT-3 class. The Toyota 4AG has powered Schwalbe (4), Hawley (3), and Heynen (2) to victory in nine of 10 races run this season.
