It's a New look for the Taylor Racing Team in 2002

Belvidere, IL - May 20, 2002 - Scott Taylor believes preparation is the success of the Taylor Racing Teams three consecutive championships. With the combination of Mobil 1, BF Goodrich, Ford and all the associate sponosors Taylor is ready to win races in the 2002 PRO 2 CORR series.

Changes to the Taylor Racing team include Jeff Frana, a four year graduate of Michigan Technological University at Houghton, Michigan and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Mini Baja, has stepped up to be the Taylor Racing Teams Crew Chief. Jeff was instrumental in the preparation of the Mobil 1, BFGoodrich, Ford F-150.

"We're glad to have such a key player for the Taylor Racing team," said Taylor. "With the Crew Members dedication and my drive, we are ready to win our fourth championship.

Mobil 1 racing re-signs as primary sponsor - with their amazing products. "Mobil 1 brand of synthetic motor oil is the reason our Roush engine stays in front."

For 26 years Taylor continues to take control on his BFGoodrich Tires. "Its hard to beat the performance of the Mud Terrain T/A." Taylor was the only Ford driver in the 2001 season and he won the championship. "Its hard to beat this Ford F-150 tough truck."

Taylor Racing Team would like to welcome our new sponsors which include Phil's Inc., Automotive Warehouse and Ringers Resource, Driver X Gloves and other Pitware.

Scott Taylor believes the Taylor Racing Team has the support of great Primary sponsors: Mobil 1, BF Goodrich Tires and Ford along with the commitment of all the associate sponsors: Auto Meter, Automatic Transmission Design, Boatec Inc., Justice Brothers, K&N Engineering, Inc., MSD Ignition, Phil's Inc., PSI Performance, Precision Gear, Roush Performance and Ringers Resource.
