Ahead of BRDC F4 Autumn Trophy's first round at Snetterton last weekend, Reddy tested the new Tatuus-Cosworth F4 car with Fortec Motorsports as he looks at the options for next year.
The 17-year-old had a difficult season in the MSA Formula championship and is currently driving in the Indian-based MRF Challenge series, keeping himself fit for the 2016 season.
Speaking to the official BRDC F4 site, the Indian was happy with how the testing went and said: "I really like it, it has a lot more power than my MSA Formula car but for the power that it has, it still has plenty of grip.
"The car is very fast in a straight line and you can feel the build quality from Tatuus. The gearbox feels good, the brakes are great and everything feels solid.
"The car is perfect for any driver looking to get into European F3, GP3 or any other similar category and it definitely is the perfect step for me," he added.
Reddy was impressed with the amount of grip the F4 car had in tricky conditions and added that the brakes were strong but sensitive.
Speaking more on his future, the Indian added: "The goal for me, like any other racing driver, is to get to Formula 1.
"The other priority is to become a professional racing driver, but my number one goal is F1 and that is where I am aiming."
