After competing in the MRF Challenge and British Formula Renault championship, Reddy moved to MSA Formula series this season.
He sits ninth in the championship with 79 points driving for team Double R Racing in the six rounds with leader Ricky Collard at 244 points.
Talking about the competitiveness of the championship, Reddy told Motorsport.com: "This is I think the toughest championship (I have participated in) because the drivers in front, the quality of the top 12 drivers is really good."
"You have to be on top to achieve a very good result. So definitely this championship is the hardest I have been so far," the Indian added.
Reddy came into limelight after being part of the 'One From a Billion' hunt of Sahara Force India F1 team where he finished second overall with current F3 driver Arjun Maini first and Formula Renault 2.0 NEC driver Jehan Daruvala third.
Season ahead
The Indian's best result in MSA is third in Croft, his maiden podium. In the last round at Snetterton he was close to finish second in race two until a spin which pushed him down.
"Going into the season, I had zero testing because of exams. My first time in the Double R Racing car was during the first practice at Brand Hatch," Reddy said when asked about his preparations and added that he has been playing 'catch-up' ever since.
"The goal now is to not just to get one but a few victories under my belt and definitely I do believe that I'll get some before the season ends," he added looking at the four remaining rounds.
Despite not making it to the podium often, Reddy is satisfied with the progress and stated that he has been gaining performance ever since the season started.
Reddy is preparing for the seventh round of the championship at Knockhill Racing circuit on August 21-23, 2015.
