Lastochkin lands Pelfrey's final Pro Mazda ride
Nikita Lastochkin has graduated from USF2000 to Pro Mazda to join Carlos Cunha and TJ Fischer in the reigning champion team.

Lastochkin, who will test the #80 car at the Homestead Miami Speedway road course, finished sixth in the 2014 F1600 series for Pelfrey, graduated with the squad to USF2000 with the team in ’15 but spent last year with Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing, for whom his best results were two fifth places.
"To be back with Team Pelfrey means being back with the same people that started my career with and I am very excited,” said Lastochkin. “The goal would be to focus on our strengths, keep working on the areas we can improve and let the results take care of themselves. Overall, I'm just happy to be back on the Mazda Road to Indy and looking forward to the year ahead."
