1998 Bridgestone Coffs Harbour Rally http://www.ozemail.com.au/~jhayden/98coffs.htm Update #4a 8 February 1998

ENTRY LIST Just a quick update to let you know that I hope to post the entry list on Tuesday afternoon - unfortunately, there might be one or two drivers missing.

Also missing from Coffs Harbour this year will be Possum Bourne's regular co-driver, Craig Vincent. Vincent, who will absent from event because of work commitments, will be replaced by fellow New Zealander Tony Sircombe. Sircombe (37 years old) is an experienced co-driver having won the FIA Asia Pacific Rally Championship with Bourne in 1994 although many will remember the years he spent with Rod Millen. Sircombe finished first in Group N with Japanese driver Shigeyuki Konishi (Subaru Impreza 555) at Rally Australia last November.

WEB SITE Over the next week, changes will be introduced to the web site in preparation for the rally weekend. In the meantime, I have added some audio files (wav format) and the links to these can be found in the 1997 Bridgestone Rally event report. The audio clips include Possum Bourne and Neal Bates doing their celebratory doughnuts at the conclusion of last years event and Ordynski, Bourne and Brett Middleton in the forest.

More very soon....
