Esanda dropped as Rally of Canberra sponsor

Esanda dumped as sponsor of International Rally of Canberra

Whilst speaking to the club captain of the BMSC , Duncan Payne, on Friday, it was learnt that Esanda will not be supporting the Rally of Canberra this year on November 16-19 this year.

It is understood that a deal could not be made with the organisers and the Esanda corporation over the sponsorship arrangement, and apparently the money offered by Esanda was not sufficient to secure the deal. This not only leaves a rather large hole in the funding for the event but leaves the entire event in doubt, as the event organisers will quickly have to find a new sponsor, and also reprint all of their handouts and guides etc., which are now being distributed. In what could be just be fighting over money, the Rally of Canberra is now seriously in doubt of being the well run and excellently organised event that it has been in the past few years.
