SPEC MUSTANGS COME HOME TO JIM CLICK RACING

Jim Click Racing takes delivery of two FR500S Mustangs for new race series in '08

March 6, 2008 (Chandler, AZ) -- Mike McGovern, Chief Instructor at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving will race in one of the two new Ford Mustangs delivered to Jim Click Racing. The spec cars are slated for a new race series; the 2008 Ford Racing Mustang Challenge for the Miller Cup. Jim Click (Bondurant graduate and McGovern's teammate) and Mike McGovern will race in the stock Mustangs on tracks across the country beginning May 1, 2008 in Atlanta.

Jim Click, owner of Jim Click Racing and Jim Click Automotive Team, purchased the vehicles for the series in red and blue paint schemes. Click and McGovern will race in the first event of the eight-race series May 1, 2008, at Road Atlanta. "Jim and I will race against one another in this series" said McGovern. Click has been a student at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving where McGovern is the chief instructor.

Click and McGovern currently race in the Koni Challenge Grand Am series in a multi-matic Mustang. The multi-matic is a race specific car and different from the new FR500S. The multi-matic boasts output of 425hp.
