ProRally: STPR Div. Runoff Results (revised)

The reason these results needed to be issued again is that the 04 team of Stepniewski/Pelc were not included on the divisional runoffs entry list even though they were invited to the runoffs. They did win the 04 divisional runoffs title, and Czyzio/Carlson won the 04 Super D title.
