Bill Christie, 2000 National BGSCA Champion, wins the 2001 BGSCA Road Course Championship at the Nashville Superspeedway last weekend after 2 back-to-back victories. Bill has 5 wins for 5 races on the new superspeedway. "This has been great for me to get some road course experience and I'd like to thank NASA for providing that opportunity in this area", Christie says. The races were sponsored by NASA (National Auto Sport Association: www.members.aol.com/nasatenn). Contenders included drivers from the Indianapolis region. Practice and qualifying began on Saturday, October 20, with a feature race each day.
