RACE: Neohio Region to host enduro at Nelson Ledges

Endurance Racing returns to Nelson Ledges Road Course

After taking a few years off from endurance racing, the Neohio Region Inc, of Sports Car Club of America, is proud to announce that it will hold a 12 Hour Endurance Race at Nelson Ledges Road Course on July 24 - 25, 2004.

The region will return to the site of past successes in endurance racing including their former 24-hour and 12-hour events with promising fields of top competition. Roadracing stars have sharpen their skills at the venues on a track that has beeen refered to as a "driver track." Many have gone on to compete in IMSA-sanctioned events including the Sebring 12 Hours and the now Grand American 24 Hours of Daytona where they placed their named in the record books.

Nelson Ledges Road Course, located in Garrettsville Ohio, has been undergoing numerous changes and improvements within the past year.
