Franck Montagny will return to the Superleague Formula by Sonangol grid this weekend at Brands Hatch.

The former F1 driver, who has raced for French club Girodins de Bordeaux since the beginning of the 2010 season, missed the last round at Zolder and was replaced by Porsche Supercup star Jaap van Lagen, who scored solid tenth and 12th placed finishes on his series debut.

However, the 32-year-old Montagny will be back in the Bordeaux car at the British circuit and will be looking to add to the maiden victory he scored at Jarama last month.

Meanwhile, reigning FIA Formula 2 champion Andy Soucek, who returned to the Superleague Formula fold for the first time since 2008 in Zolder, will again be on the grid at Brands.

The Spaniard, currently reserve driver at F1 newcomers Virgin Racing, will continue to represent Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon and will be hoping to build on his two impressive top ten finishes from Belgium.

The Superleague Formula field will also be back to its full complement of 18 cars this weekend. The entry of multiple French league champions Olympique Lyonnais, run by LRS Formula, will return, with Franck Perera, who has raced at four rounds for Brazilian club Flamengo this year, behind the wheel.
