Stenhouse Jr. set to Rumble at MMP with the ASCS this weekend!
(April 22, 2005 Olive Branch, MS) The SBS Racing team with young fast Phnom Ricky Stehouse, Jr. is set to take on the best the ASCS has to offer this weekend at Memphis Motorsports Park. The Fast Effects Removable Decals/Musrat Designs/Dynotech Racing Engines/J&J Chassis 40R is fresh off runs with the Outlaws over the past few weeks. Ricky has raced twice at MMP this year with a finish of 2nd and 8th, both coming with the local weekly series.
"I am looking forward to this weekend." said Ricky, "We run so well at this track. We should have had two wins at this place this year but I made a couple mistakes. The team has given me great cars all year, and last week at Haubstadt with the Outlaws really boosted my confidence. To win anything with those guys is just a real jolt." (Ricky won the B main with the Outlaws at Haubstadt)
"I'd love to win this event." said Sjr. "Our goal this year has been to win more races and make the "A" main at the Knoxville Nationals. Things are on track to do that and it would be great to get a couple wins this weekend."
