FARMINGTON, Mo. -- Timmy Montgomery of Fredericktown leads all sprint car racers in the point standings at the St. Francois County Raceway following the first two weeks of racing. Doug Savage of Farmington leads the Hobby Stock class while Brent Thompson of Farmington is perfect with a pair of feature wins in the Modified class.

In the Hobby Stock class, Savage (96 points) is followed by Randy Forster (90), Karl Francis (88), Brad Mashek (80), Jeremy Greenwalt (78), Leo Kiefer (74), Billy Mayberry (72), Jim Bell (70), Kenny Harris (70), Micky Mosier (62), Mark Howell (62), Jack Halbert (46) Kevin Mosier (46), Chris Boyd (46), Darrell Boyd (42), Kasey Nations ( 34), Danny Resinger (32), Gene Kay (24) and Dan Wood (22).
In the Modified class, Thompson leads with 100 points followed by Mike Crader (92), Matt Zimmerly (78), Randy Forster (76), Jeff Parmer (74), Jim Brayton Jr. (72), Bob Waterhouse (70), Jeremy Stevens (70), Nathan Higgins (56), Jim Beisher (54), Keith Ruff (50), Robert Powers (48), Jim Brayton Sr. (46), Gregg Gross (44), Adam Parmley (38), Dylan Sharp (34), Eldred WInebaugh (28), Clark Roach (26), Bob Corey (26), Bill Howell (24) and Tim Radford (20).
Racing action at the St. Francois County Raceway will continue this Saturday night (April 21). This will mark the first appearance of the 600cc Multis at SFCR this season. The class will race once a month on the third Saturday of each month. It is also a $5 night at SFCR where admission to the main grandstand area of the track is only $5.
