TULSA, Okla. (June 27, 2006) -- South Dakota's Chuck Swenson leads the American Sprint Car Series Northern Plains Region into a busy Fourth of July holiday weekend triple that includes events in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nebraska.

The triple kicks off Friday night atop the high-banked 3/8-mile Superior Speedway clay oval in Superior, WI, before moving on to the semi-banked 3/8-mile North Central Speedway clay oval in Brainerd, MN, on Saturday night.

The triple then wraps up with a Monday night challenge versus the ASCS Midwest Region in the Annual Lawrence Ideus Memorial Race at Nebraska Raceway Park's I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, NE. The Ideus Memorial offers up a $2,000 winner's share along with other added bonuses through the field.
