MAXIM Race Chassis scored three wins in Florida Speedweeks Sprint Car action, with Chad Kemenah, Greg Hodnett, and Shane Stewart visiting victory lane. Kemenah took the USCS-sanctioned event at Volusia Wednesday evening with the Ron Hammons MAXIM.

Kemenah took the USCS-sanctioned event at Volusia Wednesday evening with the Ron Hammons MAXIM. Kemenah won the thirty lap event that saw Team MAXIM drivers taking four of the top five finishing spots. Heat race winner Jason Sides was second with the Sides Motorsports MAXIM wrenched by his brother Paul; Shane Stewart was third after setting fast time at 14.804 seconds with the Rob Hart tuned mln Motorsports MAXIM, and Zach Chappell rounded out the top five with his MAXIM after winning a qualifying heat race. Terry Gray also scored a heat race win with his MAXIM.
Greg Hodnett drove the Lee Stauffer prepped Apple Dealers MAXIM to a convincing win at Volusia's 410 cubic inch Sprint Car event Thursday evening. Hodnett started third in the 25-lap race and the Bob Stewart-owned team looks prepared for the new season, after scoring 25 feature event wins in 2003.
Shane Stewart drove to a thrilling win at East Bay Raceway Park's King of the 360's preliminary event, regaining the lead with his mln Motorsports MAXIM before taking the checkered first in his Scott Chilcutt-owned ride.
