Wissota Sprints Add Dates, Remove Dates, and Confirm Dates
The 2002 Wissota Sprint Series schedule underwent another series of changes last week as several dates were confirmed, removed, or rearranged. Most notably, Viking Speedway in Alexandria, Minnesota has switched their Saturday, August 3rd date to Thursday, August 15th. The event will now be a part of the Second Annual August Heat Series that will run from Monday, August 12th through Sunday, August 18th.
The Wissota Sprint Series also announced that the event scheduled for Friday, June 14th at the Dacotah Speedway in Mandan, ND has been confirmed, but the event that was scheduled for the Dacotah Speedway on Saturday, August 9th has been canceled. In other scheduling news, Cedar Lake Speedway has announced that there will be a rain date for the April 13th Series Opener. The rain date will be the following Saturday, April 20th.
