THIRD GENERATION DRIVER BRET MILES JR. READY TO MAKE CRA SUPER SERIES DEBUT

Salem, IN (April 18, 2007) -- 19-year-old third generation driver Bret Miles Jr. is ready to make his debut with the CRA Super Series in the Manning Service 100 at Winchester Speedway this Sunday afternoon. Miles Jr. will be competing with the Great Deals Racing Team owned by Jim Mougeotte, President of Great Deals Coupon Magazine and Mougeotte Publishing, as a teammate to CRA Super Series veteran Rick Turner.

" I am really excited about this opportunity to run with the CRA Super Series in the #32 Great Deals/McGunegill Engine Chevy Monte Carlo," remarked Miles Jr. "This has been a dream of mine for some time and I am ready to run at Winchester. We have done pretty well in the past there and I think we can take this late model and run fast. This is a brand new car and I will just have to get used to it but I think I can adapt to the car real fast. The experience I have had at Winchester in my street stock will pay off in getting the feel of the Great Deals late model."

In 2006, the Muncie, Indiana native placed second in the Lampco Federal Credit Union Street Stock point standings and earned Rookie of the Year honors in that division at Anderson Speedway. He recorded a division-leading four feature wins along with seven fast times and 14 top-10 finishes. Miles will be in a three-year driver development program with Great Deals Racing. He will run a minimum of six races with the CRA Super Series in 2007 with plans to run for Rookie of the Year honors in 2008.

The Miles family has experienced a tremendous amount of success with racing in Central Indiana. Dennis was one of the most accomplished drivers in the Midwest during the 1960s and 70s, recording over 200 feature victories. One of his biggest wins took place in 1971, claiming the 2nd Annual Winchester 400 checkered flag. Bret Miles Sr. followed his father's footsteps by winning his first championship at 17 years of age, claiming the 1987 Sportsman crown at Anderson Speedway. He also captured the 2003 SuperTruck title at Anderson Speedway and ranks near the top of the career victory charts with 11 wins in that division. Bret has also produced two victories in the CRA Street Stock division, both at Winchester Speedway.
