Acro-Tech Manufacturing sponsors Halfway Leader Challenge at Kalamazoo and Angola
Salem, Ind. (June 14, 2002) -- Acro-Tech Manufacturing has agreed to sponsor the Acro-Tech Manufacturing Halfway Leader Challenge at the upcoming Kalamazoo Speedway and Angola Motor Speedway Sunoco Super Series events. Acro-Tech Manufacturing will award the driver-leading lap 75 of the Kalamazoo 150 Presented By Harding Friendly Markets, at Kalamazoo Speedway on Wednesday, July 3 with a $100 bonus. Acro-Tech Manufacturing will award the driver-leading lap 75, of the Hargus Mullins Memorial Firecracker 150 at Angola Motor Speedway on Thursday, July 4 with a $100 bonus. As an added challenge, if the same driver can lead the halfway lap at each event, Acro-Tech Manufacturing will award that driver an additional $100 bonus.
"These will be two great races for the Sunoco Super Series," explained Hans Nikolaas, owner of Acro-Tech Manufacturing. "The race fans in this area are really looking forward to seeing the Sunoco Super Series compete at Kalamazoo Speedway."
The July 3 and July 4 events will be the first time ever the Sunoco Super Series has had events on two consecutive days. The Kalamazoo Speedway event will be the first Michigan event for the Indiana based Sunoco Super Series.
Acro-Tech Manufacturing is a Precision Machining and Fabricating Company located in Plainwell, Michigan.
