Hogan Ready to Return to Glory In The Bright Lights Of Nashville
24-Year-Old Says There Is No Where To Go But Up With Two New Sponsors

CLEVELAND, GA (March 23, 2007) -- Jason Hogan has been to Nashville's Music City Motorplex Victory Lane. He's felt the glow of the "bright lights" of Nashville reign down on him. It all came after winning the biggest race of his career two seasons ago; the legendary All American 400.

Now, Hogan wants to experience that feeling again. He wants to feel the bright lights of adulation at Nashville look his way. He wants to feel back on top of the world. And after a tough finish to the 2006 season and a tough start to the 2007 season, Hogan knows that heading back to Nashville is the best way to do just that. Hogan will race at Nashville again on April 1st in the Spring Clash 150 for the CRA Super Series.

"We've always had good racecars at Nashville," said Hogan. "Hopefully we've gotten all the bad luck out of the way now and we can start focusing on winning again. The last couple of times out we've been on the downside of things. We blew a motor (at Nashville in the All American) last year and we went and blew a motor there at Opp. Knock on wood; all the bad luck is gone. There's nowhere to go but up from here.

"We're all pumped about this weekend and we're all excited to get back to our winning ways that we're used to. I'm a racer. I want to win and the guys on this team want to win. We're not going to take our beatings to the ground -- we're going to give 150% into it to get the victory."

And there are three good reasons why Hogan is going into Nashville pumped; he's got the support and the backing to be as successful as he's ever been at the track.

"Harley (Boeve) at Port City Racing has prepared the car for this race," added Hogan. "The main chassis builder has set up the car for the race, which makes it awesome. In addition to that, we've got a fresh engine in the car and two great sponsors with Spring Hill Suites and Lynch Tree Service.

"I'm just totally excited to go back to Nashville. We've run so well there in the past and we've always had good cars there. Now, with the backing of two sponsors and the help from Port City Racecars and our motor program, we think we're going to be one of the top cars there to beat."

And that is what Hogan needs right now. He started off the year with a whole new outlook on his 2007 program. He went to the Rattler at South Alabama Speedway as one of the favorites and a former winner. He showed up with a brand new black and gray car. He was one of the fastest cars in practice. But when time came for the race, Hogan has engine problems and was unable to start the event.

"Opp was kind of a disappointment for us because we had such an awesome racecar there. We were one of the fastest racecars there. But we are kind of blocking that one from our minds and we're looking forward to making Nashville our first big Super Late Model race of the year."
