Friday - July 13, 2001: Friday the 13th was a fright for some and a delight for others at the Indianapolis Speedrome. The biggest delight was to first-time winners Danny Trent in Baby Grand Stock Cars, Dave Cumbee in the Carmel Sod Modifieds and Scott Tabor in the Sunshine Cafe Roadrunners. - - Trent's win over many-time winner Kent Baledge was made sweeter by the announcement from famed Indy car owner Jonathan Byrd that the Baby Grand Stock Cars would be part of the weekly Speedrome schedule in 2002. - - Cumbee's win was his first in the Modified division and his first feature win in over 6 years. - - Scott Tabor claimed the Roadrunner main in the division's traditional "Slam-bang" fashion with the rest of the field doing the slamming and Tabor getting the biggest bang. - - Doug Greig continued his winning ways in the Race City Auto Sales despite having to borrow a back up car from second-place Chad Smith. - - James Robertson triumphed in the Bandoleros and Scott Settles claimed yet another Yardarm Bomber Figure-8 main. <pre>
