Timber Wolf signs with SS Racing for 2003 ASA season.

Indianapolis, IN (February 10, 2003) . Ken Smith, Owner of SS Racing, announced today that Timber Wolf smokeless tobacco has signed a one year deal to be the primary sponsor of his #52 Chevrolet for the 2003 ASA season. Three-time ASA Champion Butch Miller will drive the #52 Timber Wolf Chevrolet in pursuit of his fourth series title.

Miller, who has competed in the Winston Cup, Craftsman Truck, and Busch Series, ranks third in the ASA career list for victories (46) and second in poles with (47). The 1987, 1988, and 1994 ASA Champion won three ASA races in 2002 running a limited schedule.

"I am excited to have Swedish Match (Timber Wolf) as our sponsor for the upcoming 2003 ASA racing season," Smith stated. "They are a prominent company in their field as well as the motor sport industry. It is awesome to represent a sponsor of Timber Wolf's caliber in our pursuit of the 2003 National Championship. I look forward to a long lasting mutually beneficial working relationship."

"I am here because of the quality equipment and the structure of this young team," Miller commented. "I am excited about this opportunity to drive for Timber Wolf and Ken Smith. This is a quality team, and I want to help them grow any way that I can."

We continue to exceed all of our sales expectations for the brand and attribute much of Timber Wolf's growth and brand development to our racing programs."

Swedish Match North America, through their Timber Wolf brand, sponsors the #37 Brewco Motorsports Pontiac in the NASCAR Busch Series. Another Swedish Match product, Southern Pride, is a contingency sponsor in the USAR Hooters Tour.
