Reddy and Dodhiwala kept on it all through the race for the lead, the battle had some anxious moments for the two drivers, both of them exchanging places at the tight corners of Buddh circuit.

Behind them, Karminder Singh and Sailesh Bolisetti were in a battle of their own for third place as the two were involved in a similar tussle like the top two.

The safety car to clear out Amit Mete's car only aided the intense fight among the top four. The field behind the four was spread out with Pradeep Vaidyam leading the pack at fifth.

In the end, Reddy crossed the line only 0.263s in front of Dodhiwala in their epic race long tussle. Singh was victorious in the other battle, but Bolisetti had the last laugh after the Delhi driver was penalised for exceeding track limits.

Thus, Bolisetti was third and Singh fourth with Vaidyam completing a distant top five. Raghav Sharma was sixth as guest driver Nayan Chatterjee continued to impress with a seventh-place finish.

The top 10 was completed by Sahil Gahuri at eighth, Prabhanjan Paruchuri ninth and Harkishan Wadia 10th. Reddy also clocked the fastest lap with a time of 2m29:920s.

The sister duo of Neha Dabas and Ria Dabas saw, Neha retiring while Risa finishing 14th.
