What to Watch:

Brian Simo (No. 88 Tommy Bahama Qvale Mangusta) looks to continue his momentum started with his season opening win at Sebring, March 17, while Johnny Miller (No. 64 Automationdirect.com/UPS Chevrolet Corvette) and Leighton Reese (No. 66 Banner Engineering/Phillips 66 Pontiac Grand Prix) look for redemption -- both drivers led during the final lap at Sebring, but Miller's contact with Reese took both drivers out of the race.

Coming home . . . two BFGoodrich Trans-Am Series drivers hail from North Carolina -- Randy Ruhlman (No. 49 Preformed Line Products Oldsmobile Aurora) comes from Greensboro, N.C., and Jack Willes (No. 48 TWC Motorsports Chevrolet Corvette) calls Cornelius, N.C. home.

The BFGoodrich Trans-Am Series returns to Charlotte for just the second time in the series' 35-year history, and the first time since 1981, a race won by Eppie Wietzes.
