Rory Price of Seattle, Wash. led the final 15 laps of Saturday night's 40-lap USAC Western Midget Car feature at The Bullring @ Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway. The win in the "Orleans Hotel & Casino Sprint & Midget Nationals" main event was his second in USAC competition.

Price trailed teammate Michael Lewis until Lewis suffered mechanical trouble, then put his Team ASE/Red Line Oil Beast/Esslinger in victory lane, beating Tony Hunt, Jerome Rodela, Johnny Rodriguez and Ryan Kaplan to the checkered flag. Rodela led the first three laps, then Lewis paced the next 22 before yielding to Price, who had not originally planned to compete but was offered the ride at the last minute.

Price recorded his initial USAC feature victory at Stockton, Calif. in April of 2002.

Rodriguez extended his USAC Western Midget Car point lead to 153 points over runner-up Wally Pankratz, who was the first driver to retire from Saturday's feature.
