June 12
Bob Bondurant and Tom Murphy win the Baja 1000 offroad race driving an
American Motors SC/Rambler entered by American International Racing (1969).
June 13
Denny Hulme and Peter Revson, driving McLaren M8F-Chevrolets, give Team
McLaren a 1-2 finish in the Can-Am race at Mosport, Ontario, Canada (1971).
June 14
Derek Bell, Hans Stuck, and Al Holbert drive a Porsche 962 to victory in
