Loic Duval suffers horrifying crash during Le Mans practice
Loic Duval has been involved in a terrifying accident in the No. 1 Audi during practice.
Loic Duval in awake and alert after a massive accident during practice today. From the extensive damage to the catch fencing, it appears that the car went airborne. Photos from Twitter can be seen below.
The incident took place seconds after Duval had gone fastest in Sector One, crashing at the exit of the Porsche Curves. The car sustained catastrophic rear-end damage in the accident.
Duval is alert. He will be transported to the hospital for further examinations.

Audi's Dr. Ullrich revealed that he is conscious and talking after being extracted from the Audi and taken away in an ambulance.

"Duval is alert. He will be transported from the Medical Center to the hospital for further examinations."
The cause of the wreck is still unknown. As we continue to wait for more updates regarding his condition, one thing is for certain, Loic Duval is very lucky man."
Medical update
Audi has revealed that Duval only has scratches and apparently, no broken bones. However, he is still undergoing tests to ensure that he did not suffer a concussion or anything other form of trauma that may keep him out of the car.
