2- SARD confirms his pilots for Le Mans Mauro Martini and Alain Ferte will enter prequalifying The 1996 M8R : weight 1050 kg (down from 1250) : engine Toyota V8 4 liter 600hp (from 580) trying to obtain 650hp. : "width of the train" +100mm The team is expecting a lap time between 3'57" and 3'58".
3- NISSAN skyline GT-R will enter Le Mans with 2 cars New aerodinamical body to gain 10kph New lubricant system for engine -> 30mm lower and 40mm rear positioning New gearbox Nissan with 6 speeds (was X-trac gb).
4- VENTURI french car company trying to find a new owner (with money !) New 600 SLM "96" : PRV V6 turbo engine 3.2liter (was 3liter) Jean-Pierre Jarier (former F1 pilot) is testing the car he could share the wheel with Arnaud Trevisiol nevertheless, 3 cars 600LM with 1995 600SLM engine will enter the BPR GT serie. Some of them could enter Le Mans prequal.
