(April 28th, 2005 Grain Valley, MO) The Wise Guys racing team with Brian Brown are set to take on the best of the best this weekend when the WoO comes to Knoxville. Last weeks 3rd place finish has the team pumped for this weeks challenge. Having a new sponsor on board does not hurt either. Iron Horse Beverages the producers of brands Iron Energy Premium Orange, Iron Energy Premium Lemon-Lime and the Hispanic targeted Hurican joined the team this week. Brown's record at Knoxville speaks for itself.
7 - feature wins at the legendary track
2002 - 360 points champion
2003 - First win in a 410 at Knoxville
2004 - Brian was the last car to miss the "A" main at the Nationals by finishing 5th in the "B" main.
2005 - 3rd place at the track opener with the 410 series
A pretty impressive record all in all. Look for the IronEnergy/HostIowa.net/Gplay/Maxim Chassis/Weld Wheels/Ditzfield Transfer/American Compressed Steel #21 to be a very strong local contender this weekend with the WoO.
