Jason Meyers and his Elite Racing Team look to take the spotlight at The Dirt Track at Charlotte
Lights, camera, action! - On Friday the lights will be on, cameras will be rolling, and Elite Racing will be ready for action. The Circle K Nos Energy Outlaw Showdown will take center stage at The Dirt Track at Charlotte on Friday night May 28. Jason Meyers and his Elite Racing squad will be ready to be broadcast from coast-to-coast as the race will air live on SPEED beginning at 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
"We are definitely ready to race the #14 GLR Investments KPC in front of a nationwide audience on Friday night," Meyers commented. "The past few years Charlotte is a track that we look forward to. They have great fans that always pack the stands, our sponsors have an opportunity to be highlighted on a national stage, and it is a good track for our team. It should be a great event."
Meyers enters The Circle K Nos Energy Outlaw Showdown with an average finish of 7.1 in fourteen starts at the track. Overall Meyers and Elite Racing have 2 victories, 7 top-five finishes, and 11 top-ten finishes at the Charlotte track. In the last four events, Meyers has scored a podium finish three times.
