Outlaws to Run Three Programs at Eldora ROSSBURG, OH (June 28) -- When the Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series returns to Eldora Speedway for the 17th Annual Kings Royal in mid-July, its fire-breathing, mudslinging sprint car racing teams will battle for more than $209,000 in three programs. For the second consecutive year, a rainout in early April has prompted the series to run a double-feature event before the legendary $50,000-to-win race at "The World's Fastest Half- Mile." The Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series will race for $87,625 Thursday and Friday, July 13-14, and $123,700 Saturday, July 15th. TNN will televise the Eldora Clash (July 14th) and the Kings Royal (July 15th). Each live telecast starts at 9 p.m. EDT. A year ago, Mark Kinser and Greg Hodnett won "A" Features before Sammy Swindell led the final 28 laps to claim the $50,000 first prize in the King's Royal. WoO
